Final Invoice Payments: Final payments for invoices are due prior to the delivery of final documents and materials to the client. This ensures the completion of the project and compliance with contractual agreements.

Complete Redesign Fee: Should the client require a complete redesign of the drafts provided, a fee of $50 will be incurred. This fee covers the additional resources and time required for a comprehensive overhaul of the project.

 

Unauthorized Usage of Drafts: The usage of drafts not purchased by the client is strictly prohibited. Christel Aesthetic Designs reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of drafts.

 

Website Design Platform Revisions: Once Christel Aesthetic Designs begins designing the website within the platform, any subsequent changes requested by the client will incur a fee of $30 for each revision. This fee accounts for the additional time and resources required to accommodate changes during the design phase.

 

Property Policy:

 

At Christel Aesthetic Designs, we want to ensure clarity and professionalism, we have established the following property guidelines. Please review and comprehend the policy outlined below:

 

Ownership of Drafts: All drafts created by Christel Aesthetic Designs remain the exclusive property of our company and are not to be redistributed to any third party under any circumstances. Legal Action for Unauthorized Redistribution: In the event that a client redistributes or posts drafts that have not been purchased and approved, Christel Aesthetic Designs will take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our designs will be pursued through appropriate legal channels to uphold our rights and seek appropriate remedies.

 

Design Files Policy:

Final Draft Delivery: Upon completion, all final drafts, tailored to each specific service, will be uploaded to the designated platform for client download. This ensures prompt access to completed work and facilitates the client's review and utilization of the final deliverables.

 

Protection of Intellectual Property: The usage of drafts not purchased by the client is strictly prohibited. Christel Aesthetic Designs reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or distribution of drafts that have not been purchased.

 

File Storage Duration: Christel Aesthetic Designs will securely store the uploaded files for a period of 30 days following delivery. After this period expires, the files will be securely disposed of in accordance with data protection regulations.

 

Client Data Management: To ensure the safety and accessibility of their files, we recommend that each client promptly stores the downloaded files in a separate folder, cloud storage, or hard drive upon receipt. This proactive approach minimizes the risk of data loss and ensures easy access to the final deliverables as needed.


 

Communication and Delay Policy:

Client Start Time: Clients are required to specify their desired start time at the time of service purchase. This enables us to schedule and allocate resources efficiently.

Initiation Fee for Onboarding Delays: Should a client fail to complete onboarding forms and procedures within a 7-day period, an initiation fee of $25 will be applied. This fee covers administrative costs associated with delayed onboarding.

 

Inconvenience Fee for Delayed Responses: Failure to respond to the last draft or initiated communication by Christel Aesthetic Designs within a 7-day period will result in an inconvenience fee of $40. This fee must be paid before the project can continue, reflecting the additional resources required to address delays.

 

Project Pauses: In the event that a client needs to pause their project for any reason, they are required to notify Christel Aesthetic Designs promptly. A restart fee of $40 is necessary before project continuation, ensuring a smooth resumption of services.

 

Late Completion Fee for Website Design: If a client exceeds the 5-10 week timeframe for website design due to lack of preparation and communication, a fee of $100 will be added to their remaining balance. This fee reflects the additional resources required to accommodate delays.

 

Inconvenience Fee for Lack of Preparation: Failure to adequately prepare for a service, such as not having website photos, descriptions, etc., ready at the start of service, will result in an inconvenience fee of $30. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to address the lack of preparation.

 

Social Media Management Policy:

Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before the commencement of social media management services. This ensures a seamless start to our collaboration.

 

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary forms, photos, and collateral within the specified timeframe to facilitate content creation and scheduling.

 

Content Approval Process: Clients must approve posts within 3 days to ensure content stays on schedule. Failure to provide feedback within the given timeframe may result in the rescheduling of content for a later date.

 

Time Management: Christel Aesthetic Designs will not exceed the specified monthly time frame due to a lack of client approval on scheduled content. Timely feedback from clients is essential to maintain an efficient workflow.

 

Additional Fee for Self-Posting: If a client chooses to post content themselves and does not provide Christel Aesthetic Designs with social media login information, an additional fee of $30 will be required to cover the cost of transferring content files.

 

Login Information Requirement: If a client opts to allow Christel Aesthetic Designs to post content on their behalf, social media login information is required. Rest assured, Christel Aesthetic Designs guarantees not to misuse or share client social media login information under any circumstances.

 

Application of Policies: All policies, including those regarding refunds, revisions, disputes, property rights, design files, communication, delays, and the design process, listed within this contract, apply to social media management clients.

Variable Turnaround Times: Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the service requested. Each service may have differing turnaround expectations to accommodate varying project requirements.

 

Estimated Turnaround Times: The turnaround times provided for each service are estimates based on typical project durations. Actual project timelines may vary and are subject to factors such as project scope, client feedback, and designer workload.

 

FAILURE TO ABIDE CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTIONS
